Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at PINK CASHMERE. We strive to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
How do I submit a return?

Enter your order number and email address to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Customers are responsible for returns/exchanges shipping costs unless the order was filled in error or defective. We will cover the return cost.
The following refund options are supported:
Store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once payment has been completed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact customer service immediately.
What items are returnable?
The item must be unworn and unwashed.
Items with scents, makeup or deodorant is found on the garment. It will not be accepted.
If you received an item that is damaged, please see the section below regarding damaged items.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Shipping fees
Heavily Discounted items may be marked final sale in which they are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
The item I received is damaged!
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days after the delivered date to submit a return.
Can the item be exchanges?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
