Shipping & Handling
Our team works diligently to get orders out as soon as possible. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.
U.S Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: (3-5 business days after your order has shipped) Rates are calculated at checkout.
International Domestic Shipping
- Shipping: (6-10 business days after your order has shipped) Rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered to you, please make sure your shipping address is correct upon receiving your order confirmation email. If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact customer support immediately. We will do our best to fulfill your request. However, once orders are processed for shipment and a shipping label has been generated no changes can be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, Pink Cashmere is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once it is in the care of USPS. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. If you should experience this, please file a claim with USPS or file a police report if you feel your package has been stolen once delivered. In the event that your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance.
