Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your store credit request. If approved, the store request will be processed within 1 - 2 working days after approval.
Please make sure you’re logged into your customer account. If you do not have an account, just register and your credits will wait for you there. Please click the link below and create an account using the email attached to your last purchase.
To redeem the store credit without a store account, you may use the code emailed to you once your store credit is approved.Using Your Store Credit:
1. From the Homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “account login” to log into your store account.
2. Once you are logged in, a notification box will pop up that says “Return Credit”.
3. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Your store credit will automatically be added to your cart at checkout.
